I truly love LaShella for the level of commitment she showed with her group of ladies!!! The last Event, she was not feeljng well but she pushed her self and us to present the best information. God gave her to us and now he has allowed her to return to him. We will never forget how she made our lives better !!!

La-Shella has always had a passion for helping people! She has impacted countless lives over her career as guidance counselor with the school district. She always had a kind, loving, and encouraging word for everyone in her daily walk of life. We have been friends since elementary school & re-connected later when I started working with Greenville County Schools, as well. La-Shella always had a soft spoken, sweet, gentle spirit. The women's support group that she started at GHS will definitely feel the impact of losing her. She always reminded me of how SMART & BEAUTIFUL I WAS when I doubted myself or was having a "BAD DAY."
La-Shella was the EPITOME of class! I will miss my dear, sweet friend!

Sometimes the pain of separation from those we care about can be difficult. I'm reminded of the words written in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 NIV 13 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.

La-Shella will be missed greatly, but just remember At death, God's people don't say "goodbye," but "we'll see you later."
