We're so sorry to hear you are suffering the loss of your dear loved one. Although it can feel overwhelming, we hope you can find strength and some comfort in the words found in Nahum 1:7 which reads: ”Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of distress. He is mindful of those seeking refuge in him.” Our loving God also has made the provision of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored into a beautiful paradise (Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55:11). Can you see imagine your dear loved one coming back to life? Find out more about this resurrection online at jw.org

I know Gary "Mad Hatter", as we called him in Boston, when he lived in Fidelis Way Projects in Brighton, Mass. I had not seen him for over 25 years, and I remember him coming to Boston in 2013 to my sister's place after she died, not knowing that she died; we talked for hours. I will always remember him; he was very special to us in Boston. I was shocked and saddened by the news of his death. RIP Gary, we will always remember you and love you. My prayers to the family, may GOD bless you.

I offer my condolences to the family and friends. Nothing compares to the loss of a loved one in death. Even Jesus became deeply grieved and gave way to tears at the death of his friend Lazarus. Just as he awakened his friend at that time he has promised a more grand resurrection in the future. John 5:28,29 states, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out... Rejoice in this priceless hope as you reflect on precious memories you made along the way.
